Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account. You may not sell, transfer, or misuse an account or impersonate another person.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Aloofs the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, display, distribute, and promote content according to your settings and to operate the service. You must have the rights to material you publish.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, harassing, malicious, or dangerous material; manipulate engagement; distribute spam or malware; scrape or disrupt the service; evade enforcement; or violate another person’s privacy or rights.
Moderation and reporting
We may review, limit, remove, or preserve content and restrict accounts to enforce these terms, protect people, and comply with law. Users can report posts or contact us. Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, and safety risk.
Service and liability
The service may change, experience interruptions, or include links and content supplied by others. To the extent permitted by law, Aloofs is provided as-is without implied warranties, and our liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, safety risk, legal requirements, or service protection. We may update these terms and will post the effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted.
